How do I cook Frozen Abalone?

First thaw the Abalone, then mix the abalone with 2 tablespoons of salt, 2 tablespoons of corn flower and leave it for 10 minutes. Wash the abalone in cold water and the abalone will then be clean and ready for cooking. Add the abalone to a slow cooker along with one whole chicken (skin off) sliced ginger or shallots and half a cup of rice wine. Cook in the Slow cooker for 6 hours. Season to taste.
