GENERAL INFORMATION

All items of Ariki jewellery (with the exception of the sterling silver collection) are plated in either 22ct gold plate or palladium plate (palladium is a derivative of platinum). All pendants are supplied with 18 inch (45cm) chain.

Ariki’s jewellery findings are (with the exception of sterling silver) either stamped from brass or cast in white metal (white metal is a combination of base metals with a melting point low enough to allow spin casting). All Paua cabochons are individually handcrafted and each one is unique.. All componentry required to manufacture Ariki’s jewellery collections are produced at Ariki’s factory in Blenheim. Unlike most of our New Zealand competitors we have a proud history of being a New Zealand based manufacturer employing New Zealanders to produce products for sale in New Zealand and overseas.
